Excessive saliva

Someone please tell me the excessive saliva will stop and I don’t have to go through my entire pregnancy suffering like this 😭

14 weeks tomorrow with my baby girl, all my symptoms have slowly gotten better entering second trimester but not the saliva... Not to mention having to spit every 2 minutes in front of patients and coworkers all day at work. Someone please tell me it stops soonnn
