Is my bronchitis getting better? 😟

So sometime almost two weeks ago my boyfriend was sick with a bad cough for about a week and they prescribed him prednisone and he felt better. While he was getting better I was starting to get sick. It started off as a really bad sinus infection due to allergies or a cold and worked its way to my chest and I went to urgent care the PA there told me i have bronchitis and he prescribed me prednisone only 20mg 2 pills a day for only 3 days due to my pregnancy. I completed all 6 pills in the 3 days. While I was on it I was having really bad cough attacks with severe mucus constantly throwing it up and feeling sort of like a stinging feeling in my throat due to post nasal drip which caused me to cough really bad and throw up with lots of mucus. So now I’m 2 days after completing the prednisone and also been taking a nebulizer machine every 6 hours for days and the coughing is sort of on and off? I’ll wake up with lots of thick mucus that thins out through out the day and and by the evening if I do cough it doesn’t sound as mucusy and bad like during the mornings. But this cough is like on and off. One minute I feel better next minute it starts acting up and also I’ll get gooey eyes during the day with a stuffed nose as well which sounds sort of like allergies. Im desperate to get better. I’ve been drinking lots of tea with honey and lemon as well. My obgyn told me to try robitussin DM only to see if that helps the cough and cvs only had the cvs brand called tussinDM which I’m assuming it’s the same. Now my throat is sore at night due to all the coughing through out the day. I just want to get better 😩🙏🏽 im currently 24 weeks pregnant.
