Pregnancy insomnia.... amirite?

Currently 26 wrrks 1 day. Its 409M. Been up since 2ish. Cant go back to sleep. Have a performance review with my boss at 8am. Yay!

So there are a gew things I'd recommend. 1. Routine - the same everynight 2. Magnesium - especially topical will help woth pain amd sleep 3. Tart cherry juice 4-8oz an hour before bed. 4. A good bedtime tea. I blend my own, lemonbalm, chamomile, rose petals, spearmint and helichrysm, sweeten with a dollap of real honey. I do all 4 things and i sleep very well. I get up to pee 1-3 timea a night but i fal right back asleep

I had pregnancy insomnia with my first. It was terrible. See if drinking chamomile tea or warm milk helps.

I haven’t been able to get comfy and really sleep longer than 2 hour stretches in a month now and I’m 27w
