Worried about my weight

So I went to my “intake appointment” at my doctors office for my pregnancy and I weighed in at 181… I was shocked 1. Because I haven’t weighed myself in a year because I just don’t like to because it usually sends me on a downward spiral and I’d rather just not. 2. Because I’m very active and eat pretty balanced honestly. I’m worried about weight gain during pregnancy. I plan to continue working out and eating healthy but how do you all get through the weight gain side of things? I’m 10 pounds heavier now than I was when I got pregnant with my daughter (she’s 2 now) and I ended that pregnancy at 198…. Really don’t want gain much weight with this pregnancy either but I’m concerned since I’m already 10 pounds heavier. (I’m 5 weeks pregnant) **pic to show what I look like at 181..**
