Pill for miscarriage

Hey y’all, I found out I’m miscarrying today. (7w5d) I go back in Wednesday for one more blood draw, which I’m not exactly sure why he wants another blood draw as my hcg was 151 today when it should be higher…. But anyway… and to talk with my doctor about if I want to let it pass naturally, or take the pill to speed up the process.

My question is: if I go ahead and take the pill, what should I expect? How long will I bleed for? And is there anything else I should know before taking the pill?
