I like Kim's response, and to your follow up I think it's an innapropiate response. I remember reading an article that said that the number one thing you should have in your relationship is: if I'm in pain, the world stops and he listens. You can have sexual chemistry and everything else, but if he does not care about your feelings, you don't have anything.
