Just looking to see if anyone had similar experience to me, to curb my anxiety ahah

I took the morning after pill after having a condom break with a new partner, my period has now been late for 20 days. Around a week after my period with due, I had some dark discharge/spotting which only lasted two days. I’ve done the sensible thing and get checked for STDs and pregnancy, all come back negative. I did have a nasty bout of cystitis afterwards as this is a new partner and that can be quite common for me. But should I worry that I haven’t had my period yet? Has anyone else had a similar experience?
