I am 21 days late one my period and I'm on Nexplone but I usually have a period every month. I have been having unprotected sex with bf but never really had any issues till now. I have been having symptoms like bloating, cravings, headaches, nausea especially after I eat, ￼and sensitivity to smells. Idk if I'm pregnant or the birth control just messing with me.

Nexplanon is 99.9% effective, so chances of pregnancy are extremely slim! It’s also normal for progestin only methods like Nexplanon to cause irregular bleeding patterns, or no bleeding at all, at any given time regardless of what ur previous patterns have been like & regardless if u have symptoms or not. But, if ur still worried at all then just take a test to be sure.
