Hey everyone! I'm getting a bit tired of plain water and looking to jazz it up with some natural flavors. Do you have any delicious infused water recipes that you enjoy during your pregnancy? From citrus blends to refreshing cucumber mint combinations, let's trade recipes and enjoy the goodness of infused water together!

I use strawberries, lemon, and mint to infuse some waters.. you can also do pinapples, blueberries, strawberries, and mint

I use LMNT electrolyte powder. I just use 1/2 packet with my big jug to ad a tiny bit of taste. I also sometimes make a “cocktail” of electrolytes and sparkling water.

Add a pinch of salt to add electrolytes and offset the sweat from this heat.
