preterm labor

I’ve been in preterm labor since about 4 this afternoon.

I’m currently 35 weeks 4 days.

They did give me a steroid shot for her lungs and another shot to stop the labor, a few hours ago but baby girl is determined to make her way out.

I’m 4cm dilated, 70% effaced and -2 station.

My water also started to slowly break so im on bed rest.

These contractions picked up out of nowhere but im holding on strong with going natural this time.

I’m just so overwhelmed.

My first came at 38 weeks 5 days so I’m just confused as to why baby girl is coming so early.

Mind you I’ve had a healthy pregnancy with no signs of preterm labor.

August baby is determined to become July baby.
