Miscarriage or not?

Tested positive at 12dpo and the line progression was fine I tested to make sure. So about 4 days ago I had sex and started feeling something weird like scrapping so I stopped, got off, went to the bathroom, noticed blood, hollered at hubby to come look, noticed hubby also had blood on him. No blood for about a day, then started bleeding again the next day by that night had blood clots about 8pm(went to ER and they took my beta hcg level which was 3830.9) please note that I’m only 4 weeks… I bleed for about 24 hours with clots. now barely even bleeding once again. Got my levels tested again today as it’s been two days, should know what it is tomorrows Anyone had this and still be pregnant?
