Feeling oddly Zen

Besides some cramping im feeling very zen. This is my 3rd pregnancy. 1st was easy, 2nd was haaaard, and now im zen. Its my final expansion pack. Im only 4w 4d and awaiting my dr apt. Im 36, high anxiety which causes depression and i was so scared of.this pregnancy because of the postpartum anx/dep that i experienced as well as during the whole 2nd pregnancy that im just not feeling. My boobs hurt, back ache and slight cramping but so much lesser or an extent. Is anyone else feelig this Zen??? (Also whats with the whole bot sounding comments?)
