Has anyone ever used VCF before?
Has anyone ever used VCF vaginal contraceptive gel before? I am considering trying it instead of condoms for the days after like 72 hours after my LH surge up to my period instead of condoms. Technically I know it's not a good idea to rely on ovulation test strips alone when trying to avoid pregnancy so I was looking at other options as well that are not condoms or hormonal birth control or an IUD.
