Hi! Okay, so I work and I'm on my feet for 9 hours and only sit down for 2 half an hour breaks. So I only have an hour throughout the day to go to the toilet. However, I'm always so heavy on my period and I'm worried that not being able to go to the toilet during my work hours, but I'll be worried that I leak! I always double up on pads just to make sure, but I still worried! Any advice would be much appreciated!
