Any advice ?

Hey guys ! I started my new pill pack today and I took my pill like usual ! I am kinda stressed and paranoid that somehow I messed it up or I didn’t take it … even tho I did.

But hypothetically if I was to miss the first pill of my new pack or to make it ineffective what would I do to be protected?

Should I use proper protection ot abstain for 7 days?

I’ve never been through this so Im not sure what happens
