5 year old sleeping at 1 am !!

Hello I need some help!

My daughter just recently stopped drinking from the bottle. This was her comfort. She would go to bed at 8:30 after having an 8oz bottle of powdered milk. I’m not gonna lie I kept this going for this long bcuz I need my sleep.

It’s been 10 days since she has stopped this bedtime bottle and she literally can’t fall asleep until super late. 1 am.

She’s hungry again at 9:30 and I give her a snack. Then she can’t sleep and says I need to eat. So I give her another snack at 11:30 pm.
