Please help!!!

So after 14 years of trying an losing a baby to an eptopic an then having to take a tube I finally am pregnant an due March 7 2024! I am 41 an I know I am high risk but it seems like no doctor is worried like I am! I had my first ultrasound an they said the baby was fine an heartbeat was great but why does it seem like no one cares??? Is anyone else due around this time an feel the same way or going through this also??? An any tips as I’m a working Mom also???
