Placenta previa

Has anyone had a placenta previa before? Were you able to push or a C-section was your only way to deliver?

Last night I had 2 seizure, and the hospital looked at baby and ultrasound showed I had 2 lobes that weren’t connected & a placenta covering my entire uterus. Being that this was an ER they could only give me a guess that I may have to have a C-section, that the placenta could move. I’m currently 22 weeks. And

I just had a anatomy scan with my OB last week I don’t see how they could’ve missed that. The very last thing I want is a C-section this is my 3rd baby and my first 2 were vaginal, I’m scared of the thought of a C-section.
