Which should I do first? Help 😫

I have a 2 year old and I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant. I know my daughter is gonna go through a big change when he’s born so I wanna try and do these things before he’s born or atleast some of them. I want to potty train her, transition her to her own room and take away her pacifier but I know I have to do one at a time and I’m not sure where to start. I figure it would be easier to transition her to her room if she still has her pacifier but my hubby thinks we should take away the pacifier first. I need opinions pleaseeee

She’s going to need comfort! So I would definitely do room, pacifier, then potty training. Potty training could regress if you do it before baby. Another thing to do would be to do the room and pacifier at the same time! Say like “you’re a big girl now! You’re going to a big girl room. Big girls don’t need pacifiers and they get to sleep with xyz item!” Make a big deal for her. It’ll be difficult. But stick it out and be on the same page with your husband if he’s going to be helping.

I would probably do room first! Then paci. Last potty training. 
I’ve heard to avoid big changes like these within 3 months before and after a new baby. So if I were you I’d do room and maybe paci before baby. Then wait until she adjusts to baby to tackle potty training.

I would definitely do the room first, I have a two-year-old and just gave birth, my son has been coming into my room almost every night for months now. ￼so I actually moved his toddler bed into my bedroom so he would sleep in his own bed again!! but definitely try moving her to her own bedroom first because every kid is different and it might take her a little while to get used to but it’ll definitely be easier than getting rid of the pacifier.
