My body confuse me

2 days ago my period ended and even when i had my period something odd, so i bought a clearblue test today and it was a faint positive. The thing is that i barely bleed this time except towards the end i bleed more 1 -2 days and idk if i ever was pregnant did i lose the baby or am i still pregnant. Im gone by a new test next week, but something still feels odd, im more grumpy and emotional, i feel nausea and my lower back hurts so idk what to think
