NURX - HELP!!

So I signed up for NURX to get birth control but it’s been nothing short of a nuisance than anything. After about 3 days of waiting for a provider to review my information, I’d get a response about once a day. We discussed my options for birth control and expressed interest in one of them. I confirmed what I wanted and it’s been 3 days with no response. I tried to call customer service to just deactivate my account but waited on hold for over 30 mins and still never got through to anyone. Sent a message, nothing. Sent an email and still waiting for a response. Idk what else to do. I’m now seeing reviews that people were over charged for their birth control despite being told what the cost is and also being charged when they never approved it. Idk what to do. I want to look elsewhere for options and I want to get on BC ASAP.

So my first question: WTF do I do about NURX

And secondly: is there a better app to order BC?
