Working From Home

OK I'm pregnant with my 3rd. 1st was born at 33 weeks, second 37 and had one miscarriage. I love my job very much but certain circumstances have led me to believe I won't be there too much longer. I am doing some research as to what to do next. With a new baby of course I would love to stay home. I still want to bring in some kind of income. My question is who of you stays home as a mother and what do you do to help bring in some extra cash? I have a lot of energy and am a very creatively driven person.
