TMI!!! What is this?!

I'm so so sorry to be posting this but I'm really nervous and its night time and the weekend so I can't get into my gyn- I noticed in the shower when I was washing my lady party a small lump on my inner vagina that feels sort of like a little skin tag, I just started working out, and am 30 weeks pregnant so i sweat a LOT down there anyway I had my husband scope it out and take a picture only to see its PURPLE!! Now I'm really freaked out, what the hell is it?! It's painless but still not normal, anybody ever have this?

Maybe a pimple or blood blister. I sometimes get pimples down there in the summer time bc I sweat & they're painful. They look like that if I mess with them bc the white head or what ever falls off lol. It sounds gross but what ever

Is it painful? Because if it is, I would say it's an infected ingrown hair which are harmless but are very uncomfortable, but they go after a few days

It's a varicose vein! Totally fine. I have one on the left side of my lady parts that shows up even before I know I'm pregnant. :)

I'm still freaking out over this... I have a doctors appointment Thursday but I'm so anxious I don't know that I can wait 😩 what if it's a tumor?! Or a WART?!? I've never had a wart there before but I'm still freaking out about it- ugh

Very blurry, but it kind of looks like a blood blister. Like from maybe being pinched? I know thats random for that area, but thats all i can think of.
