Drinking milk from bottle or cup?

My twins are 15 months now, they only have milk first thing in the morning and before bed (about 8oz each time) but they are still having it in the bottle, is this ok at this age? I’ve read mixed stuff that they shouldn’t be having bottles anymore, but when I’ve tried to give it to them in a cup they’ve had a total meltdown until I put it back into a bottle for them 🙈 not sure if I should just leave it or persist with trying different cups if they’re not supposed to be having bottles anymore? I’m in the UK, not sure if guidance is different in different places
