Stomach pain after eating

Does anyone else get like these dull pains in there stomach after eating. Im 12+3 weeks pregnant and honestly i can't eat anything without having this pain, its super unforgettable i started with this pain this morning after breakfast, i felt very lightheaded, sick, and i started sweating alot, the other symptoms thank God went away but ive been having this wierd pain thats worrying me abit and im unsure if its normal or what ...
