Can I be pregnant ?

I took a test yesterday & looks negative but, yesterday & today no period in sight just very light spotting not enough to go on a pad . No cramping . Been peeing more . Do you think it’s early to tell ? It’s been 2 weeks and 4 days since DPO i think .
