Help what could this mean? TMI

OK so my last period was super light and sketchy, wasn't sure what was going on it lasted December 18-20. I'm on cycle day 15 with 22 days left until next AF due. I had taken a test days ago with a negative result so I drank last night. Just a little bit ago I got alight cramping for a few minutes. I go to the bathroom and wipe and there was light brown cm with 2 whole wipes? What could this mean? This is really out of order for me...
