Tell us how you and your partner supported each other emotionally during your fertility journey.

Answer

We didn’t make one another feel pressure for it to happen right away. We just enjoyed one another and let it happen naturally. Both of us would look up things that boost fertility. We both started eating differently, cut out caffeine, and tried to get quality sleep. And it happened the second try. People make their ovulation time and trying to conceive a chore many times. It’s a special time for you and your partner to enjoy one another and try to create a little miracle. 
This also goes for people who conceive through IVF, don’t stress if it doesn’t happen the first time. It will happen as it’s supposed to and when it is supposed to. If it doesn’t, your body didn’t fail you. You’re just meant to have children an alternative way and it’s not any less special than the “natural” way.
