Could be TMI? I can't poop :(

Question

7w4d and I haven't gone poo in 3 days! I'm usually very regular and haven't had much of a problem so far, it's been different but I was still going. Now I'm not. I am taking fiber along with prenatals. I was told earlier this week I have hyperemesis gravardum by the doc. (which also sucks. A lot. But now I'm keeping food down with the help of anti-nausea meds) Any help?

I also had constipation in the first trimester. That rapid increase in hormones does crazy things. I have also been on nausea meds my whole pregnancy (I'm 37 weeks). I just used the Metamucil powder and mixed it in with my drinks. I also switched to the gummy prenatals which don't contain iron. Iron sometimes constipates me. I had the doc keep an eye on my levels. The constipation eventually went away on its own but the Metamucil helped me get through

I had constipation soooo bad in my first trimester! I took so much milk of magnesia that it finally quit working. 
What did always help was eating yogurt. I read that it helps keep people regular, so I ate it every other day for a few weeks and it helped so much! It did take a little while to kick in. I'd eat it at night, and it's kick in the next day, but it did help get me back on a schedule.

Stool softners too help to take everyday, and the anti-nausea meds will constipated you worse, which makes the nausea worse. I have even done enemas for relief!

I had this same problem. I increased my water intake and I started drinking protein shakes. The breakfast essentials brand comes in powder or premade bottles and has 15 grams of fiber in every serving. Frickin did wonders.
