Deja vu...please nooo

As I wake up this morning freaked out at a dream I had of misscarrying it's 7wk2days and one article on this app is about bleeding. Way to be freaked out even more huh. Head out for the day with my husband and what happens...blood in my pee. But hey only light cramping which has been normal lately so not gonna flip. Go to bathroom again and check, still bleeding. Haven't had an appt yet so was relieved when they did and ultra sound and found a heartbeat. Still bleeding more but if nothing worsens then I have my actual appointment the 7th. Just praying things stay the same. No more gym time and plenty of rest, husbands and doctors orders.
