so... being a racing driver and all, with the crashes that i had (and some other reasons too) i used to have some seizures.. but i was clear.. i didn't have any seizures for the last 2 or 3 years.. but last night, about 10 minutes after sex, i had a seizure.. non-convulsive, i was just out briefly.. what could this possibly mean? just.. over-stimulation ?? or something serious ???
my husband says i should immediately see a doctor but i KNOW if i go to a doctor with this, that won't let me race my next race.. if i tell the team medic about this, again they won't let me race my next race.. what should i do? does anybody have any idea ???

What makes you think it’s ok to put others at risk? A seizure while driving doesn’t impact you and only you. Your mentality is selfish and irresponsible. You should know how utterly important being in good health is while operating any sort of motor vehicle or bike. Part of being a good athlete or sportsman is knowing your limits and what’s safe. Saying you’d have time to pull over before having a seizure is not true in the least. 
You need to seek medical care. Even is it takes racing off the table.

Your health needs to come first before your racing. I’d go to the doctor because it’s better to be safe than sorry. I’m assuming you and your husband has had sex in the last 2-3 years and you didn’t have a seizure (according to your post) so it might not be sex that caused it. It could be, but you don’t know until you go to the doctor.

Seizures are not to be taken lightly 😳 I understand having passions but I can't believe anyone would put their health at such a risk by not having it checked. It could be anything from head injury to stroke, you absolutely have to have it checked.

It isn't just you that can be effected if you have a seizure during a race. You could cause a bad accident and harm other racers. A friend's husband had one while driving and his foot got stuck on the gas pedal. Luckily his wife was able to kick his foot off and get the car pulled over, it was also pure luck they were on a road alone at the time.

You should see a dr sooner rather than later… and just know that one of the biggest precipitating factors for a seizure can be stress and I imagine car racing can be a high stress/high adrenaline situation so you need to be careful as it’s not just your life your risking out there.
