Dress is fine. Necklace does not go - too much, need something simpler / sleeker I think. A neutral mail like a pale pink would look nice

I do like the dress like someone else said do a gold necklace because it’s a warm tone dress and gold is a warm tone rather than silver be a cool tone. As for nails I would do a very burial colour. If it was me I would get the same colour as the dress for my nails. Or beige nails and beige shoes
