Trying to decipher this pains

I'm a FTM & 39 weeks today. For the past few days I've been having pains, in my lower stomach / pelvic area that feel like muscles pulling. I've haven't had any Braxton Hicks (that I know of) and am wondering if it could be contractions. I haven't lost my plug or any liquid.. I'm really anxious to go into labor and my next OB appointment is on Monday. Last Monday my doctor told me I was only 1cm dilated. Any comments are appreciated, I'm really nervous/excited/scared to see my boy
