Sick note/drs note
Can I get a note for last week from a doctor for insomnia/depression? I’m scared to get rejected of it. There is something in my file that I did get seen for that on Friday. I got prescribed trazodone.
I’m a part time employee & I had shifts last week, but i couldn’t go due to my mental health. I just want proof for my supervisor. Lol.
