Getting too hot(question for you ladies)

I get very hot easily. On a hot day I really struggle to keep cool. Never thought much of it until yesterday when my older friend in her 60s said her daughter in law is always hormonal and gets very troubled by the heat i.e hot and bothered, (as I do too) and she said it could be a sign of early menopause and she wants her daughter in law to have a baby before it’s too late. Is it true? Doe’s getting hot, sweaty mean early onset of menopause? I’m only 40 and in my family the women get menopause at 55+
