Nicu baby and mil issues

My baby was born at 34 weeks and has been in the nicu for 6 days well I haven’t brought anyone to the nicu since his bilirubin was 16 and he had to be under phototherapy, so i havent invited anyone to the hospital so he could get better bc the more you take him out the longer he will be under the light etc, he keeps inviting like his whole family and they pass him around like a football:/ like the mom will literally stare at you waiting for the baby when she wasn’t there for me through the whole pregnancy, she left my fiancé on the street when he was 12 for a guy she met 2 days before, and made him basically live in the streets till he moved with his dad months later. she then goes and starts inviting the whole family to the hospital. Then she starts showing up to the nicu alone without either of us there. And it’s starting to really bother me. I let my mom go there bc my mom was the only person there for me and was there for the birth and the labor and stayed up basically 48 hours with me no sleep at all making sure I was ok. When he gets home from the nicu would I be wrong to tell all his family and mine I don’t want anyone around him while he comes home?

Also let me add in, while I was pregnant she would call me a slut and all those nasty things. She was very mean to me.
