Can you describe what cervical mucus is and how it can be used to track ovulation?

Cervical mucus is just the discharge the come out of you it keeps everything from getting dry and if you have some sort of infection it'll indicate that to  you . Cervical mucus does not determine ovulation you can't use cervical mucus to no if your ovulating

Cm doesn’t mean ovulating. Best to us  opks to let you know when your about to ovulate and BBT to confirm ovulation to know when you ovulated, dpo, luteal phase length (is from the day after ovulation to period which stays the same each cycle give or take 1-2 days. Average length is 12-14 days give or take 1-2 days.) when period is coming by temp drop or if you miss your period and your temp stays up then there is a chance for pregnancy
