Pregnancy!!

So two days ago I had sex and we didn't use a condom.. The guy told me that he doesn't have Pre cum so I let him just pull out... I'm super nervous that I could possibly be pregnant and I've been constipated and have lots of lower back pain like right above my butt.. I need help. Am I probably pregnant or are my muscles just sore?
