Exercise HELP 💪🏻
Okay so I'm 5'5" and 145lbs. I hate it and I really want to work out and get fit. 💪🏻 but I know for a fact that working out and getting fit is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise. My problem is I don't have all the money in the world to buy healthy food to eat. I dint have a job at the moment and neither does my boyfriend. I live with my brother and mother, along with my boyfriend and my brother barely buys food, when he does its all frozen. So I'm at a loss 😔 please let me know your ideas and advice.
