Use of drugs

Good day my beautiful family, please I need your help. Have trying to conceive for a year now and have tried different drugs and treated infection.

I tried clomid and ovacare for 4 months. On the second month I got pregnant and had miscarriage after 2 months. And I try the clomid and ovacare the third time I got pregnant again after a month I had another miscarriage. So I stopped and treat myself for infection again after the treatment the following month I tried clomid for the 4th times but no result . So I decided to rest and just take a multivitamin pregnacare conception, vitamin E and folic acid alone. Please if there’s anything I am doing wrong please tell me, I need help. @glow
