Kyleena iud, help

After having sex I was bleeding a little I. Haven’t had sex since I got my iud in April. But this time it was a little rough and I was dry so it hurt a little. I was bleeding some after. I don’t know if it’s from the rough sex but the past couple of days I was fine no bleeding just sore in my lower abdomen and back here and there. I checked for me strings couldn’t feel them and now I’m bleeding a little with discharge. Should I go get checked to see if my iud moved or am I overthinking it?
