Bleeding more 23 weeks

So I’m not bleeding vaginally at all but I’ve had nosebleeds nearly everyday (and a relentless itchy nose) for the past two weeks and everytime I go #2 I also bleed pretty bad.

I do have hemorrhoids from my first pregnancy and birth. And I assume it has to do with that. But they never bleed and now it’s every single time 🙄

Anyone else experience this? I have my 24 week appt the 8th and I’ll talk to them about it, just wondering if I’m alone in this weird time lol
