is it normal to feel ur heartbeat without touching it with ur hands? because I stand and sit down and I feel my heart beat without touching it

Yes 100% normal. Anyone should be able to feel their pulse if they lay down in a quiet room, or if they are exercising.

I’m a very veiny person so my veins pop out of my hands kinda like a strong guys hands and you can see them very clear cause they buldge out due to me exercising very very young I believe. I’m the phlebotomist favorite patient. Lol alAnyways, I can hear my heartbeat just walking around normal or even when I’m not moving staying still.. specially when I just get done running when the adrenaline is all time high or even when I touch one of veins I can feel the blood flow running through me is very bizarre. But I love playing with my veins.
