Am I overreacting???

My friends with benefits is going on a weekend trip. We were going to have sex earlier but then i got annoyed/turned off because he interrupted us dirty talking and said he needed a minute bc he was on the phone with his ex. (They had a baby together but she passed but they’re still friends and she has a bf but he claims she still hits on him and that they fucked when she got with her bf). He said he needed to calm her down about something she had going on. So I was just like 🤦🏼‍♀️ nevermind. And started to go do something, that was at maybe 6? but then at 8 I thought maybe it wasn’t a major deal so I asked if we could still. He said yes so I told him it would be like 40 mins. Then he was saying okay still but I could tell he wasn’t super into it bc he kept saying that I should’ve just said yes when he was saying to before and how it cuts into his sleep and stuff like that. So I said “we don’t have to”. And he said he “does but doesn’t” and shot it down but says how he’ll be mad he knows he could have had it. I said “we could? You’re the one changing your mind?” And he ignored it and just continued on about how I changed my mind at first. But then stayed up until 12 when he said the reason we couldn’t hookup is bc he wanted to go to bed at 10. So we could’ve still fucked and he still could’ve went to bed. So Like?? 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’m just mad because I feel like he’s just being controlling. It’s not even fun like it used to be. Because I feel like I basically have to beg him to fuck me but then if I even just talk to another dude, he like loses his mind and assumes we “must be dating”. He also has a boundary to be only fucking each other so I have to decide between hooking up with someone else or him entirely. And he barely ever wants to anyways. I try to talk to him about how I want it more and he says “we’ve gone a solid week before, you’ll be fine” or he does but then throws in that it’s so that he doesn’t have to listen to me “give him a hard time about it”
