Sickness after showers and baths ?

Does anyone else have this ? It's awful I'm not having it too hot but everytime I get out I'm sick straight away !

Ditto here! Not tilting my head back has helped, but I still dread showering.

Having the water too hot can cause this. Our dr told me not to have hot baths or showers from the time of our egg transfer, so before I was preg and what would be like the time of a few days after ovulation in a natural cycle. I'm not sure of the exact reason, but he said its important not to overheat.

I ask my husband to put a fan blowing into the bathroom when I come out. It helps to clear out steam and heat so I don't feel sick.

I'm 21 weeks and this happens to me too. I have found that lowering the water temp to luke warm helps. Also, shortening the length of time you're in there. Then as soon as I get out I have a big glass of cool water.

Your blood pressure is probably dropping from the heat (due to vaso dilation) try drinking a good amount of water and eating a little bit before you take one, probably something salty would be best. That's just a guess so maybe just try and see if that helps.

Are you eating something before bathing?
​What about ginger candies, could pop one before leaving the shower to curb the edge?
