breast discharge !!!!

hi! so a few days ago i noticed a clear/whiteish discharge coming from my breasts. it comes out of both when i squeeze them and i’m worried. theirs not really a chance i could be pregnant as this problem started on my period and i’m on birth control and my boyfriend uses condoms. i haven’t really been taking my birth control like i should and have been taking my pills early leaving less time for my periods so their really irregular. please help!!
