Hey ladies

I need some advice / experience.

I am on Sayana press contraceptive injection for the past 3 years. Very happy with it; no period nor spotting.

However few days ago I started spotting!

I am confused if this is from the injection or something else. Weird to start spotting after 3 years…

I am not stressed. Was travelling when the spotting started.

I must add I have started a diet and started losing weight for 3 weeks now. This is the only change in my life…

Will do a pregnancy test. But was always on time with the injections.
