I got pregnant really quickly after my last baby I chose not to continue the pregnancy as the new baby would be due around my son's 1st birthday and I had a lot of anxiety about that because his birth was not straight forward. Make the decision that's right for you if you decide to continue the pregnancy then just take it a day at a time you'll be amazed what you can do my older 2 children are 17 months apart and even though at first it was hard I soon got into a routine and things became easier with time. I got pregnant at 2 months pp. 8 months is a good time your uterus is healed by then it may just be your mental state and hormones that remain out of whack at this point physically your are well enough to carry a baby again. And as long as you take care of yourself you I’ll be fine. I’m 19 weeks pregnant with a 6 month old as of the 3rd.

There are videos on YouTube with exercises on how to help close the gap in your abs (called Diastasis recti). Bodies After Babies has some, but there are SO many videos out there. If you are still having pain from your c section, you need to talk to your doctor about that. They may be able to give advice on how to help it heal. Make sure to take a prenatal (if you arent already). Baby will take what it needs from your body, and that will leave you deprived of vitamins and minerals. Actif pre-natal has been a good one for me. Small pills, and I get a boost of energy. Tbh I just take it as my vitamin even when not pregnant
