Yeast infection help / pee question

Hi so I keep getting yeast infections since being with my partner. Before him I never had any problems. I’ve been to the doctor to get tested and waiting for results on that. I’m in the clear for sti/std also. The yeast infections go then come back a few weeks later. I honestly believe, not to sound like I’m blaming because I’m not it’s just the only thing that’s changed in my life, that my partner may be the reason for these reoccurring yeast infections. I’ve also noticed that sometimes my partner has white mucus type slime stuff in his pee. And I’ve also saw a more brown kind. I’ll attach a picture below. (Sorry for the picture) i know this is a female app but does anyone know if this is normal in males? I don’t know what else to do I’m at my wits end and seriously contemplating not having sex anymore.
