Saying “thank you”

Does anyone else’s significant other make them say thank you after every time they get you something? Like buying fast food, out to eat, a drink from the store, pumping gas? I have manners and always have but it’s getting to the point like okay you bought a cheeseburger he expects to be thanked right away if not I’m rude?

I’m also pregnant and have had a rough first and now second trimester I’ve been asking him to deep clean the bathroom for a month now because I can’t be in there with the chemicals and he finally cleaned the bathroom and told me I needed to thank him? For cleaning our home? Advice please am I crazy and I should thank you every single time for something done ?
